Privacy Policy

We keep this short and honest. Pomelio Labs collects as little personal data as possible. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

The operator named in the imprint is responsible for data processing on this site. You can reach us at the email address listed there.

Analytics without cookies

To improve our site we measure its usage with Plausible Analytics, which we run ourselves on our own servers in the EU. The data never leaves our infrastructure and is not shared with any third party. Plausible works without cookies and without cross-site tracking; your IP address is used only briefly to generate anonymous, aggregated statistics and is not stored. No personal data is retained. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly analytics, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Because no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent is required under Section 25(2) TDDDG.

The contact form

When you send us a message, we process the name, email address, and details you provide solely to answer your request. We do not use this information for marketing and do not share it with third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Hosting

This site is hosted on servers in the EU. Server logs may temporarily store your IP address for security and operational purposes on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and are deleted regularly.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in the imprint. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
